Zusammenfassung

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and high-quality standards.

You’ll partner with store team leads to supervise hourly staff and manage escalations. You may travel frequently to project sites across the US, with overnight stays and a flexible shift structure, including occasional overnight hours

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management or related experience, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
