Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. The role requires travel across the US, with overnight shifts commonly 10–12 hours and frequent travel up to 1000 miles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of project management/space/store design/operations/data analysis OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles; overnight shifts may be required.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and oversee hourly team members.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders to minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates through supervision, development opportunities, and mentorship.
