Walmart US Realty Execution team is hiring a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will own project delivery, keep initiatives on time and on budget, and partner with store leads to supervise hourly team members.

The role requires travel up to 1000 miles, overnight stays paid, and overnight shifts. You will develop associates, resolve escalations, and drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure high quality results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required or 3 years of related experience.
• Experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
