Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team in the United States. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and high-quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members and coordinate with store leadership to resolve escalations and keep projects on track. Expect frequent travel—up to 1000 miles from home—often overnight, with shifts primarily overnight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Ability to supervise hourly team members and coordinate with store leadership.
• Walmart preferred qualifications include master’s in business and PM certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and special projects across the US.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; minimize impact on store operations.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; overnight stays expected; shift mostly overnight.
