Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the United States.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track. The role requires travel across the US, overnight shifts, and a focus on delivering high quality results within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required or 3 years of related experience.
• Masters degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations with store leadership.
• Travel to projects across the US and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
