Walmart Inc. seeks a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management experience, or 3 years in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations; collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Develop associates by providing supervision, development opportunities, training, feedback, and career guidance.
