Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, within-budget results and top quality standards.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track, with travel across the US as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home; travel up to 80% of the time for projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicating plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US and support project delivery wherever needed.
