Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year project management/space design experience, OR 3 years in similar roles.
• Experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, and projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and escalate issues as needed.
• Travel up to 1000 miles; 80% travel; overnight travel.
• Influence and develop associates; communicate plans to stakeholders.
