Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US.

You will own delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates, handle escalations, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or 3 years in PM, space management, store design, operations or data analysis.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of remodels, new stores/clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership.
• Travel frequently to project sites; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
