Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will deliver remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.

You will supervise hourly staff, manage escalations, and partner with leadership to stay on track. The role involves overnight shifts, frequent travel (up to 1000 miles), and a commitment to a strong culture of internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of construction remodels and store design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Influence team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects.
• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores, communicate plans and changes to stakeholders.
• Develop associates through supervision, mentoring, and recognizing talent.
