Walmart seeks a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will deliver store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget and high quality.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Business and PM certification.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and collaborate with store leadership to keep work on track.
• Communicate plans, changes and obstacles to key stakeholders and manage escalations.
• Travel across the US for projects; frequent overnight travel and long assignments.
