Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.

You’ll supervise hourly teams, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership to stay on track. Expect overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles, and possible long deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and escalate as needed.
• Travel to projects across the US and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
