Job summary

Walmart US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and special projects across the United States, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. This role requires travel up to 1000 miles from home, primarily overnight shifts, and a strong background in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 1 year PM/space design/ops/data analysis experience or 3 years PM/space design/ops/data analysis experience.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Masters degree in Business and Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities
