Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new builds, and special projects across the United States. You will own project execution, ensure on-time delivery, stay within budget, and uphold Walmart's quality standards while partnering with store team leads to supervise hourly associates.

The role requires overnight shifts, extensive travel up to 1000 miles, and frequent away-from-home periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores/clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership.
• Travel to projects across the US as needed.
