Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team and deliver store remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly staff, manage escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track, while traveling to project sites as needed.

This role emphasizes ownership, teamwork, and development of associates, with significant travel and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis OR 3 years in those areas.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home; 80% travel; overnight stays paid; ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations; coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Develop associates by providing supervision, training, mentorship, and recognizing performance.
