Job summary

Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes.

The role involves partnering with store team leads, supervising hourly staff, handling escalations, and regular travel to project sites. This role requires dedication to Walmart’s culture of internal growth and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership in delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership.
