Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining Walmart's quality standards.

You will supervise hourly associates, address escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep initiatives on track. Occasional travel across the US is required, with career growth opportunities within Walmart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in the same.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree requirement may be substituted by substantial experience in PM/space/store design/operations/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects across remodels, new stores, and special projects.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home for project support.
