Job summary

Walmart Realty is looking for a Realty Project Coach to lead store remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the United States. You will own project execution, manage budgets, supervise hourly staff, and coordinate with store leadership to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope.

The role requires overnight travel up to 1000 miles, frequent relocation between projects, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, or related area.
• OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Travel up to 1000 miles for project support.
• Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
