Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US. You will ensure projects run on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards, while supervising hourly team members and coordinating with store leadership.

Expect to travel frequently across the US, with overnight stays and mileage reimbursement. This role emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong culture of promoting from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations with store leadership and partners.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home for projects; overnight stays paid; based out of a home store; flexible overnight shifts.
