Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will own project delivery, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with store leadership to keep operations on track.

The role requires supervising hourly staff, handling escalations, and traveling frequently to project sites. Overnight shifts and extensive travel are a core part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of PM/space management/store design experience, or 3 years in these areas.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional teams.
• Travel up to 1000 miles and overnight stays may be required.

Responsabilités

• Own the execution of construction and remodel projects across assigned stores.
• Communicate plans, changes and obstacles to stakeholders; minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop associates, supervise hourly team members, and mentor staff.
