Job summary

Walmart Inc. in the US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new openings, and special projects nationwide. You will partner with store leadership to keep projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards while guiding hourly teams and resolving escalations.

Expect overnight shifts and frequent travel up to 1000 miles from home. This role offers growth through cross-functional collaboration and a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent)
• 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders
• Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates and teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support project goals and store operations
