Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; or 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise and develop associates, providing guidance, recognition, and career development opportunities.
• Influence team performance to meet timelines and deliverables while collaborating with store leadership and partners.
