Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the United States. You will own project execution, supervise hourly team members, and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.

The role requires travel up to 1,000 miles, overnight shifts, and a focus on delivering quality results while developing associates and driving cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading projects, space management or store design initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with leadership to stay on track.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and travel as required.
• Develop associates through supervision, mentoring and performance recognition.
• Travel up to 1,000 miles from home and work overnight shifts as needed.
