Walmart Realty is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead remodels, new stores, and special projects across the U.S. You will own project execution, supervise hourly team members, and partner with store leadership to meet budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores.
• Supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home and work overnight shifts as needed.
