Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the execution of remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while upholding high quality standards.

You will partner with store leaders to supervise hourly staff, manage escalations, and travel frequently to project sites across the country. The role emphasizes collaboration, leadership development, and a strong focus on delivering results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Travel to projects across the US and collaborate with leadership to stay on track.
