Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team in the US. You will own store remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You’ll supervise hourly staff, manage escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Expect frequent travel across the US, overnight shifts, and collaboration with diverse teams to drive successful project outcomes and associate development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in those areas.
• Master’s degree in Business preferred; Project Management Professional certification optional.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store remodels, new stores, and other projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and coordinate with store leadership to stay on schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with store team leads and suppliers to minimize impact on store operations while achieving quality standards.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US; support multiple projects concurrently.
