Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new store projects, and special initiatives across the United States. You will collaborate with store leadership, supervise hourly teams, manage escalations, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities include owning project execution, communicating plans to stakeholders, and traveling up to nationwide locations to support projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 1 year of PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis experience.
• Or 3 years of experience in PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of remodels, new stores and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations with store leadership.
• Coordinate plans and changes with stakeholders to minimize impact on store operations.
• Travel to projects across the US and maintain project timelines and budgets.
