Job summary

Walmart US Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the United States. You will own project delivery, ensure on-time, on-budget results, and uphold Walmart's quality standards while coordinating with store team leads and leadership.

The role involves supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, traveling frequently, and developing associates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Masters preferred: Business or related field; PMI certification is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members and mentor associates to build capabilities and career paths.
• Frequent travel across the US to support projects and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
