You will own store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality standards while partnering with store leads to supervise hourly staff and handle escalations.

You can travel frequently to project sites nationwide, work overnight shifts, and contribute to a culture that promotes from within.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of project management experience, or 3 years of related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel to project sites across the US and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
