Walmart Inc. in the United States seeks a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, within-budget results and high quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel up to 1000 miles is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis experience.
• OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in your assigned stores.
• Travel up to 1000 miles from home as required.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
