Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution team in the US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects. You will own project delivery, manage budgets, and collaborate with store leaders to keep work on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of PM/space/store design/ops/data analysis experience, or 3 years in these areas.
• Attend and complete required trainings (Academy/Open Door).
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles; travel 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, clubs and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations with store leadership.
• Coordinate plans, changes, and obstacles with key stakeholders to minimize impact on store operations.
