Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US.

You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will supervise hourly team members, address escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep all activities on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 1 year of project management experience, or 3 years of project management experience.
• Master’s degree in Business is preferred.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Travel to projects across the US and partner with store teams.
