Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, within-budget results.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership. Travel is required across the US, with overnight stays and mileage reimbursements; this role emphasizes teamwork, development of associates, and a culture of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• All associates in role January 1, 2021 or after must sign an updated JD including the above language.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel frequently up to 1000 miles from home; overnight stays paid for RPC roles; mileage reimbursed.
