Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and partner with store leadership. The role offers substantial travel across the US and opportunities to grow within Walmart's internal career pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of PM, space management, store design, operations, or data analysis, or 3 years of PM experience.
• Masters degree in Business is preferred with 1 year cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects nationwide.
• Own project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise hourly team members and escalate issues with store leadership.
• Travel frequently to project sites across the US.
