Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the U.S. You will own project execution from start to finish, helping ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Walmart's quality standards.

As Realty Project Coach, you'll work closely with store leadership, associates, suppliers, and other key partners while leading teams and resolving challenges in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 1 year of project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area; OR 3 years of experience in these areas.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in business or related field; 1+ year leading cross-functional teams; PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of store and club remodels, new construction, and special projects.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day execution for assigned locations.
• Communicate project plans, changes, progress, and obstacles to key stakeholders.
• Partner with store leadership to minimize impact on store operations.
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates working on projects.
• Motivate teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
• Resolve concerns involving leadership, suppliers, associates, and project partners.
• Monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
