Job summary

Walmart US is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join our Realty Execution team. You will own the delivery of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and high quality standards.

You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel across the US is required and growth opportunities abound within Walmart.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to stakeholders.
• Supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to stay on track.
• Travel to project sites across the US and contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
