Job summary

Veterans United Home Loans is seeking a Realty Connection Specialist to connect pre-qualified homebuyers with trusted Real Estate Agents in the VUR Network. You will be the first friendly voice, answering general questions about the home buying process and helping ensure buyers are paired with the right agent.

You’ll maintain detailed records, hand off to an Agent Development Coach for follow-up, and support the team while avoiding discussions of loan terms.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Licensed Real Estate Salesperson or willing to become licensed upon employment.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

• Partner pre-qualified homebuyers with Real Estate Agents in the VUR Network.
• Serve as the first point of contact for buyers by phone, answering general questions about the home buying process.

As a Realty Connection Specialist, you’ll support homebuyers at a pivotal moment in their home shopping journey. Your main focus is connecting pre-qualified buyers with trusted Real Estate Agents in the Veterans United Realty (VUR) Network. You’ll be one of the first friendly voices they hear, answering general questions about the home buying process and helping ensure they’re matched with the right agent.
