Job summary

Veterans United Realty Network is seeking a Realty Connection Specialist to support homebuyers at the start of their journey. You will connect pre-qualified buyers with trusted Real Estate Agents in the VUR Network and answer general questions about the home buying process, ensuring a confident, smooth experience from the very first contact.

You will collaborate with the Agent Development Coach to review and follow up on pairing files, and keep precise records to enable a seamless handoff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to obtain Real Estate Salesperson license if not already licensed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for homebuyers by phone and answer general questions.
• Match pre-qualified buyers with Real Estate Agents in the VUR Network.
• Connect buyers with the right agent while following guidelines that prohibit loan term discussions.
• Maintain detailed records to support smooth handoffs and follow-up.
