Job summary

Role Description

This is a full-time remote Realtor role responsible for managing all aspects of residential and/or commercial real estate transactions in a virtual environment. The Realtor will prospect and nurture client relationships, conduct property consultations, provide market analyses, and guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. Daily activities include listing and marketing properties online, coordinating virtual showings, preparing and reviewing contracts, and collaborating with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, staying current with local real estate regulations and market trends, and using Key Realty’s online platforms to streamline communication and transaction management. The successful candidate will work independently while actively engaging with the Key Realty LTD team for training, support, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and demonstrate strong knowledge of Real Property concepts and regulations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate practices, including property valuation, contract negotiation, and transaction management.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
