Role Description

This is a full-time remote Realtor role with Call It Closed International Realty. The Realtor will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property searches, listing homes, hosting showings and open houses, and preparing and presenting offers. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions and pricing, coordinating inspections and appraisals, guiding clients through contracts and closing processes, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Realtor will leverage company tools and technology to manage leads, communicate with clients, and market properties online, while actively building a personal client base through networking, referrals, and digital outreach. Collaboration with other agents, mortgage professionals, and title companies is expected to ensure smooth, timely transactions and excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of local Real Estate markets and Real Property laws and practices.
• Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing real estate transactions.
• Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Comfort with remote work, digital tools, and online marketing platforms to manage leads and property listings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
