Job summary

Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Real Estate Broker at Helen Oliveri Real Estate. The real estate broker will manage client relationships, guide buyers and sellers through the transaction process, and provide expert advice on pricing, marketing, and negotiations. Daily responsibilities include listing and showing properties (virtually or in person as applicable), preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The broker will also be responsible for generating leads, maintaining an active pipeline of prospects, and using online tools and platforms to market properties and communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for virtual showings, online marketing, and client communication.
• Reliable internet access and willingness to adapt to company processes and technology platforms.
• Active real estate license required and experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidate is coachable, integrity based, willing to learn, standards based with attention to detail
