HENDRICKSON HOMES REAL ESTATE LLC is seeking a part- and full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent based in Minnesota, with emphasis on Minneapolis-St Paul and surrounding suburbs and flexible work-from-home options.

You will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate, conduct showings, prepare offers, coordinate inspections and closings, and build lasting client relationships while staying current on local market trends and regulations.

Role Description

This is a part & full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Minnesota with emphasis in Minneapolis-St Paul & surrounding suburbs with work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and other real property transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing and reviewing offers, and coordinating inspections and closings. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, providing market analyses, advising clients on pricing and negotiation strategies, and maintaining accurate transaction documentation. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, collaborating with internal and external partners (such as lenders, inspectors, and title companies), and staying current on local market trends and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and solid understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
• Professional experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including listing, buying, and selling processes.
• Strong Sales skills, with the ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals ethically and effectively.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, responsiveness, and client advocacy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation.
• Proficiency with basic office software and real estate CRM or listing platforms (e.g., MLS systems).
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and travel locally within the Minneapolis-St Paul, WI area.
• Prior experience in the Minneapolis-St Paul market or surrounding areas is beneficial.
