Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies weekly.
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties.
• Represent and negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers.
• Monitor and record tasks using PLACE Technology.
• Engage in team events per guidelines.
• Dedicate time to monthly coaching and weekly trainings.
• Advise sellers and convert consultations into listings.

Responsibilities

• Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties
• Represent and negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
• Monitor and record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
• Engage in team events according to team guidelines
• Dedicate time to monthly one-on-one coaching, weekly training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers and successfully convert consultations into listings
