You will use PLACE technology and lead-generation tools, work with buyers and sellers, and participate in coaching, scripts, and weekly team activities.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to monthly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home

Compensation

$45,000 - $89,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
