Estes Group Powered by Place is looking for a motivated real estate professional to join a fast-paced team. You will leverage PLACE Technology to generate leads, conduct open houses, and convert inquiries into appointments, while following team scripts and coaching sessions to maximize listings and sales.

The role emphasizes strong communication, time management, and a persistent sales mindset, with opportunities for revenue sharing and investment alongside a commission-based compensation

• Consult with sellers, price properties, and negotiate offers.
• Track activities in PLACE Technology.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to monthly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Compensation

$50,000 - $95,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
