You’ll collaborate with a supportive team focused on integrity and excellence. You will participate in weekly coaching, script practice, and team activities while delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced real estate

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Convert prospecting into appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team trainings.
• Engage in team activities and 1:1 coaching sessions.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
