• Implement PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and locate suitable properties.
• Represent sellers and buyers in offer negotiations.
• Monitor tasks using PLACE Technology.
• Transform prospecting into scheduled appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team guidelines.
• Engage in team activities per team standards.
• Dedicate to monthly one-on-one coaching sessions, weekly training, and Partner Calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties.
