Job summary

WeDriveU is seeking a Dispatcher to handle high-volume calls, coordinate with drivers, and respond to emails while solving issues throughout the day.

Key responsibilities include monitoring routes, issuing instructions to drivers, and resolving customer concerns. The position requires flexibility to work between 2:45am and midnight, Monday through Saturday, with 25–30 hours per week and Spanish language capability preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle high-volume calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy in dispatching tasks.
• Experience using routing software and office equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes and communicate instructions for pickups and drop-offs.
• Respond to customer concerns and investigate issues to resolve them promptly.
• Notify stakeholders of route changes, emergencies, or delays.
• Coordinate vehicle service, repairs, and replacements to ensure continuous service.
• Record incidents and maintain accurate dispatch and routing records.
