Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and transmission files, establishing routines, alerts, and controls.
• Maintain accuracy in monitoring with adherence to SOPs for the Global Command Center.
• Ensure end-to-end case ownership and governance for inquiries via email and transfers.
• Open and initiate Pre-Authorized Contribution tickets.
• Participate in Incident Management calls and share relevant information with stakeholders.
• Manage internal inquiries via Teams Chat and Email.
• Be audit-focused and compliant with firm policies.
• Take ownership of projects and drive them to closure.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and implement changes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, exercising confidentiality as required.
• Work within department procedures and support testing and implementations as needed.
