Responsibilities

• Research and data analysis to address non-routine payment lifecycle issues and ensure accurate fund transfers across products.
• Define project requirements and metrics using process models, and lead or contribute to process optimization initiatives to improve quality and customer experience.
• Apply knowledge of systems architecture and automation technologies to support process optimization and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members to uphold high service standards and serve as escalation point.
